Jimmy carter was a well known human right heroes we was the 39th president of the united states,in 1982 they established the carter center in atlanta with the help of his wife.which is guided by fundamental which is guided by a fundamental commitment to human rights it seeks to prevent and resolve conflicts, enhance freedom and democracy, and improve health.
